Sweat Hiit with diane
HIIT (High Interval Intensity Training) is a workout that alternates intense phases with rest phases.
This workout is in our climatic room (up to 45°C).

Spartan with Marie
Comprehensive training aimed not only at preparing for an obstacle course but also at improving your overall fitness in a fun and functional way.
The course consists of a warm-up focused on mobility followed by a strength/explosiveness, grip and cardio session before ending with a cool-down to promote muscle relaxation.
