Comprehensive training aimed not only at preparing for an obstacle course but also at improving your overall fitness in a fun and functional way.

The course consists of a warm-up focused on mobility followed by a strength/explosivenessgrip and cardio session before ending with a cool-down to promote muscle relaxation.
