Thanks to all the technological tools and the huge space dedicated to performance, we have developed an extremely complete system to guarantee the best follow-up of all our athletes.

A complete assessment of your physical capacities according to your sport, your age, your goals and your past injuries.

With a battery of jumps, sprints and changes of direction, we test your Strength-Speed-Power capabilities. In order to prevent injuries and to identify weak points, a screening of your mobility and flexibility as well as strength tests on specific parts of your body will be performed.

Nothing is left to chance. You will end the testing session with a VO2max test to test your cardiovascular capacities.

Why are these tests so important?

  • They will be used as a benchmark if you get injured, but also to certify your progress or regression.

  • They can be sent to recruiting clubs, agents and others.

  • You can compare yourself to other athletes in your sport.

  • Most importantly, we will be able to design a training program  that is unique to you based on the needs we have identified.

Define your goals, design a program based on your results, your availability and your sports schedule.

Designing a quality training program takes time. There are a lot of parameters to take into account so that your sessions respect your sports agenda and your short, medium and long term goals.

Choose the exercises, remedies, work methods. Adapt the intensity and volume. Any good program adapts to your needs and not the other way around.

You have multiple choices. 

You do not have the opportunity to be onsite for a personalized coaching with a physical trainer? If you have the level and minimum knowledge necessary to train on your own, we design a program that you can follow remotely.

This program is accessible online and remediation can be done at any time. If you have the possibility, the ideal is to be with a coach.

Why? Just like training in your discipline, we will provide advice, adapt the exercises immediately if needed, and motivate you.
In a setting dedicated to performance, what better way to train?

Finally, you can always link the two. A few sessions with a physical trainer and the rest on your own. If you think you have the motivation for this kind of program, don’t hesitate.

After a period of time (mid-season, season, 3 months, etc…) you take the athletic tests again to compare your current results with those of the past.

No doubt that your results will be better. You will get the satisfaction of having worked well, you will know why you invested in your physique !
