The center’s hypoxic and climatic chambers enable you to train at simulated altitude, as well as in hot and humid conditions. Hypoxia is a training method designed for athletes wishing to optimize their performance in lowland conditions, or to acclimatize and prepare for a stay at altitude.

Heat training can be used to optimize performance in temperate conditions, as well as to adapt to hot conditions.

Exercise testing is used to diagnose and evaluate current endurance performance.

The test is carried out on a bicycle or treadmill, in a modality adapted to your sporting activity (cycling, running, trail running or other). The protocol is adapted to each individual’s capabilities. Measurements include cardiovascular response (heart rate), respiratory gas exchange and oxygen consumption.

At the end of this evaluation, you receive a precise assessment of your endurance capacity, including VO2max, your ventilatory thresholds and your training zones, which are established on the basis of ventilatory thresholds.

These results are provided to you in the form of a report and discussed with our sports physiologist.

This stress test, which is more in-depth than our standard stress test, provides a more precise view of the metabolic and muscular response to exercise. As with the standard stress test, it is carried out on a bike or treadmill, in a modality adapted to your sporting activity (cycling, running, trail running or other).

The protocol is adapted to each individual’s capabilities. Measurements include cardiovascular response (heart rate), respiratory gas exchange including oxygen consumption and blood lactate. The test also measures the evolution of fat utilization during exercise (Fatmax). At the end of this evaluation, you obtain a precise assessment of your endurance capacity, including VO2max, your ventilatory and lactic thresholds and your training zones, which are established on the basis of the thresholds measured.

These results are provided to you in the form of a report and discussed with our sports physiologist.

This is a Standard Plus stress test.

But it is complemented by an assessment of body composition using DXA scanning, a reference technique.

It’s 2 Standard Plus Test on bike and treadmill. 

It’s completed with a DXA Scan. 

We also offer more personalized assessments, such as a mountain bike assessment or for any other specific needs.
