No two athletes are alike, which is why all of our programs are customized to the needs of our athletes.
After completing your performance test, we will be able to identify exactly what you need to take your performance to the next level in a way that is unique to you.

We constantly measure an athlete’s performance. Whether it’s through training and daily reports, or more formally every twelve weeks with performance testing, we hold ourselves accountable to the data. We believe that what is not measured does not improve.

“3 is better than 2 and, 2 is better than 1, but 1 is better than nothing”.

All training programs are individualized for our athletes. This is why some athletes will see results with two sessions, while others will need more. We make suggestions on training frequency based on variables such as your schedule, the training season you are in and your training history.
As a rule of thumb, the more exposure you have to strength, power and speed training, the more likely it is that you will need at least three sessions per week.
If you are more new to this form of fitness training, two sessions per week will usually do the trick.

We offer small-group training sessions, with over 30 sessions available each week. During these sessions, you will work with up to 8 other athletes and two coaches will be present.
This allows us to maintain a quality 4:1 athlete to coach ratio, so that each athlete gets the attention they need.

Yes. For athletes with a high demand for running, speed, change of direction and agility usually contribute significantly to your best performance. For these reasons, we run specific speed and agility sessions on our synthetic field or track to work on the mechanics of sprinting and running to get you moving well and fast.

Because we train athletes, we expect a high level of maturity during our coaching sessions.
Although we generally do not work with athletes under the age of twelve, one of our most mature athletes is ten years old (!!), we consider each request on a case-by-case basis. If, after meeting with you, we are confident that you will fit in well with our training culture, we will invite you to join us. If you are just a little too young, we will let you know when we think you are ready.

Traffic around Lausanne can be a nightmare. If you really want our coaching and support but can’t make it to our office regularly, we offer online coaching. While this is not less expensive (because we don’t see you in our office, it is actually more work to make sure you get the quality of service you deserve, as we have to review all your training online), it is a great option when working with us in Mont-sur-Lausanne is not possible. You can choose to train at your local facility as part of your program, so you can train at home.

Yes, we can develop a program that includes home training.

Q&A Membership

Beyond being profitable extremely quickly, one should not expect to become the best by only putting in half the effort.
Investing in your development is a long-term process.
You don’t become good at your sport in 2 months. In the same way, you will not become better physically in a few sessions. A 12 month commitment allows the most disciplined and invested among you to get the best results and to widen the gap!

If you are a professional athlete, some of you only have three or six month blocks before you return to other commitments.
If you are an athlete in this situation, we can still help you. We will assess your situation on a case-by-case basis and if it makes sense for you to join our program, we will get things started.

You can choose to pay by invoice, cash or card. The choice is yours.

Absolutely. We offer up to 5 weeks per year at no cost. This will extend the length of your membership in proportion to the membership suspension.

For longer durations, fees may apply to maintain your position in our program (as we have a capacity of 80 athletes at a time).

The program includes many items that you do not pay for that we include in the annual membership.
If you decide to work with us for a shorter period of time (by request only and usually for “Fly-In, Fly-Out” professional athletes), we need to account for these additional inclusions. We also want to encourage those who are fully committed to the process.
