We provide a high level environment, infrastructure and expertise for movement and health to enable everyone to achieve their goals.
Our 2000m² gym is equipped with functional cages, free weights, various ergometers (bicycles, rowing machines, motorized and non-motorized mats) and the latest generation of strength zone. In addition, a 250m² synthetic grass field, a 40-meter athletic track and locker rooms are at your disposal.
We have a team of personal trainers who will know how to push you to your limits whatever your sports or physical project is.
Personal training is generally done in the gym, but if you need to go further in the effort, sessions in hypoxia are also possible.
