After your physical, technical and tactical training, we help you express your full potential with the 4th pillar of performance: mental preparation !
Stress management, blocking, group cohesion, interpersonal relations… build a champion’s mind to reach your goal.

We work on your well-being as well as your sports performance in order to find your right balance.

After working on your mental skills, we propose to build your training by developing your cognitive, emotional and behavioral capacities while promoting the pleasure of practice and autonomy.

It is a face to face and on the field support, which is based on your well being, your values, your environment for a positive dynamic in the long term.

We can also work on mental fatigue, end/transition of career and return to sport after an injury.

Our services

  • Lisa and David offer face-to-face sessions at our center in Mont-sur-Lausanne or remotely.
    They also provide on-site monitoring/observation during training/competitions.
    Sessions last between 1h and 1h15.
    Travel to the training/competition site is included within a 10 km radius of Motion Lab.
    Travel beyond this radius is not free. Regular email / WhatsApp communication is included.
  • Jenni Jones also offers face-to-face sessions at the Mont-sur-Lausanne center and online sessions.
    A session lasts between 50 and 80 minutes.
    Regular communication and reports are included.
